Staff went out of their way to resolve booking issue without access to the 'Net. Seems wifi was down in that whole area (I know, in Silicon Valley ...), but they accommodated us anyway. Well done.

Laura at the front desk was delightful. She greeted us with a big smile and offered us cookies and wine. Our room was lovely and quiet with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was spacious. Also, the location was perfect.
